“Corporate Sustainability. Understanding and Seizing the Strategic Opportunity”

This course tackles the challenges of understanding the complexities of the transition towards sustainable business models from a large number of different, business-related perspectives provided by thought leaders in their fields.

Leveraging research work carried out by 26 colleagues in five departments of Bocconi University, as well as in global communities like GOLDEN for Sustainability, it offers a variety of approaches to seize the strategic opportunity generated by this transition and provides insights from system to organizational to individual level on how to manage the transformational change process.

For the first time this course also includes a module on the development of sustainability mindsets based on meditative learning practices developed in cooperation with the Center of Evolutionary Learning.

The first session of the course, which will be repeated monthly, starts on the 29th of March, but the pre-enrolment is already open:  JOIN OUR NEW COURSE

Call for “Field Experiments in Organizational Sustainable Development”

Organization & Environment calls for the submission of papers and research designs on field experiments related to the rigorous testing of theoretically grounded hypotheses related to the development and integration of sustainability, across all its diverse phenomena, within the core functioning of organizations. In alignment with the new Domain statement of the journal (oae.sagepub.com), theoretical development can be grounded on any relevant domain of business scholarship or of social, environmental and life sciences. The core requirement is that the experiments are based on change interventions relevant to some aspects of organizational life, and aimed at validating their relative influence on sustainability-related outcomes.
